For example, this includes defining the scope of work, deliverables, key milestones, and project deadlines. It also means setting realistic goals and creating a timeline that works for everyone involved.

From there, we work with each team member to establish the working conditions and pace for every task. Finally, the project estimate is prepared and validated with the team before being presented to the client.
