Founded in 1978, this family business now specializes in creating jewellery and selling luxury watches and jewellery brands.
Over the past several years, Château d’Ivoire has undertaken major renovations of its boutique to offer a superior customer experience. At the same time, a website redesign was launched to carry this in-store experience into the online world, specifically targeting shoppers who are researching and discovering a particular product.
Our first step was to fully understand the current website environment and its users, so we could build our approach on that foundation.
On the branding side, the site needed to align with the new colour palette and refreshed image created by Les Évadés. To keep the website and the boutique consistent, we designed textures, icons, illustrations and signature patterns inspired by the physical space.

We also needed to rethink the brand and product pages to make them more engaging, appealing to different customer segments and meeting their specific needs: collectors, soon-to-be-engaged couples, loyal customers, special life moments and, finally, investors.

Flexible approach: Many blocks were designed to be flexible, suiting both signature product pages and simpler pages, as well as promotions across the site.
Goals: Build a versatile toolbox for every use, so our client can create their own pages without help from the team.

Buying an engagement ring is much more than a purchase; it’s an emotional and deeply meaningful experience, which makes choosing the perfect ring a real challenge, both sentimentally and practically.
We designed tools such as a jewellery guide and an engagement guide to make the choice easier and help users learn more. Detailed product pages also let them explore the available options before visiting the store, making the experience less stressful.
