Project
Overview

In summer 2025, Marie-Hélène Couette began building a service company to expand the reach, discoverability and range of her organizational performance strategy services, which she had until then offered under her own name. The new brand creates some distance from Marie-Hélène as a person, establishing a distinct digital product that stands for quality and opens up opportunities for growth and business development.

Strategy and branding

  • Manifesto

The brand manifesto distills a brand’s essence, positioning and distinctive character. A language and reference tool, it supports how the brand is understood and expressed, complementing the brand guidelines for the visual side.

  • Brand guidelines

Brand guidelines set out a brand’s visual rules to ensure consistency and impact. A reference tool, they complement the manifesto by translating the brand identity into clear, consistent visual elements.

  • Brand rollout

For an identity project like Podium, we delivered all kinds of posts and brand elements to introduce the new image, and to build awareness with a wider audience through a future offering of podcasts and training.

Colour palette

Podium’s colour palette creates a clever contrast between soft and saturated colours, with tone-on-tone combinations of primary colours. The variations of white and black make the brand easier to use, with simple rules that are easy to apply.
Plenty of space is deliberately given to simple graphic elements such as rounded rectangles.

Full logo

Podium’s logotype uses a custom geometric typeface built by playing with the intersections between letters. Round and generous, the characters reflect the approachable side of the method. Anchored by a strong baseline, the logotype conveys accessibility through its legible, round, bold letters.

Brand mark

The brand mark, or “icon”, can be used on its own as a trademark when there isn’t enough space for the full logo. Social media profile pictures, for example, are an ideal context for the brand mark. Whenever possible, the full logo should be preferred for better brand recognition.

Graphic elements

The brand uses custom iconography that highlights the tailored nature of each progression and the variety of structures and forms Podium’s support can take.

Brand applications

The Podium brand is designed mainly for digital use and for creating a variety of social media posts.

However, its applications aren’t limited to that. The brand can be adapted or used in the future for its owner’s other related projects.

Various brand applications

Website design and development

The website was designed and developed entirely in Webflow by the Diapason team. Our collaborator Vincent designed the different sections around the brand’s colours and shapes, to showcase the full palette.

Animations and transitions

A range of animations, both simple and complex, were designed to engage users and enrich the overall experience. They also reinforce the identity of a dynamic, modern brand, true to the champion spirit that defines Podium.
